Johnny and Deborah Deal are the owners of ASAP Radon Removal and Ideal Home Builders.
Johnny, a native of North Carolina is a licensed building contractor in NC and VA. He is a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional (CGP) and ENERGY STAR Partner. Johnny, the youngest aged Harley-Davidson Dealer ever (at age 24), started building in 1985 during his Harley-Davidson years. He sold his dealership in 1993 and currently works exclusively with Ideal Home Builders and ASAP Radon Removal. Johnny, an experienced builder for over a decade, personally inspects every radon reduction system installed. He believes a completed project is truly a work of art and he prides himself in friendly customer service.
Deborah is the secretary of Ideal Home Builders and ASAP Radon Removal. She also assists building clients with interior design. She is originally from New York and relocated to North Carolina 4 years ago. Deborah has many years of experience as a medical and veterinary assistant, helping with secretarial duties as well as assisting doctors with their patients. She has the knowledge and experience to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Johnny heard about radon several years ago, but it was not a concern to him. "What you can't see, smell, or taste should not hurt you." Right? Wrong! His home tested over 20 pCi/L, five (5) times the EPA recommended radon level of under 4 pCi/L. His son's home was also tested; both were fixed and are now safe to live in.
Bottom line: Radon causes cancer. All homes should be tested. All homes can be fixed. Protect your family. Better to be safe than sorry!
